Para Enrique Ramón Galeano, la expresión Akâ Olla o Cabeza de Olla, es una metáfora que aún sigue vigente en Paraguay. Es posible, aunque con ciertos matices: en aquella época había adoctrinamiento y represión. Además las mentes anestesiadas no tenían acceso a Internet y los teléfonos inteligentes.

Hoy la dictadura propiamente dicha ha desaparecido, pero el cielo del llamado “Corazón de América” sigue cubierta por ese triste, lamentable manto oscuro de la corrupción institucional, sistémica, medular.
